Our minimum delivery is 50 gallons.

Miner Discount Fuel accepts all major credit cards to pay via our online account, which you can access 24 hours a day. You can also pay by phone. We accept COD (cash) or with a virtual check via an ACH transaction using your checking account.

We offer 5¢ off a gallon when you pay COD (cash)!

Our standard delivery timeframe is 1-3 days. We offer expedited same-day delivery during the winter at an additional charge. Please note as a 1st time customer, the following guidelines must be adhered to: New customers require a tank inspection
Delivery dates are NEVER static when a dangerous wind storm, hurricane, act of God weather, winter snow Nor’easter or rain Nor’easter is anticipated. We make every effort to be there on the day scheduled, but there is NO GUARANTEE if there is danger to a driver, truck or pedestrian.Check your ZIP Code to see options and delivery schedule.

Your credit or debit card is authorized (not charged) on the morning of your delivery. Once the delivery is made, your card is charged for the total amount. If you order a specific number of gallons and your tank doesn’t take them all, your account is credited for the unused portion. If you pay with cash, payment is due at delivery. If you pay via ACH, authorization is run the day before, and funds are withdrawn on the delivery day.

There is an additional charge of 5¢ per gallon for credit/debit card payments.

Your tank has a gauge to estimate fuel level. Click here to help determine how much is left. We recommend Will-Call customers order when their tank is no less than a quarter full.

The only way to lock in the price is to prepay online or by phone. Otherwise, prices are subject to change without notice if market rates increase.

We use a secure credit card gateway to process payments, and we do not store any card data. Our site meets PCI compliance standards and encrypts all stored data for security.

HOT improves the quality of your heating oil, boosts performance, and protects your system. Our driver can add HOT for $25 per bottle.
